Can I load an library from the some memory stream?

Can I load an library from the some memory stream?

Can I load an library from the some memory stream? For example my library
is encoded file. I check some conditions and decrypt file into some memory
stream. Now I need load decrypted library from that stream into my
application and to use its functions etc.
