Windows Explorer zip entry name encoding
Question is: What encoding Windows Explorer uses to show filenames of
files inside zip-archives on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008?
On Windows 8 as far as I can see it uses UTF8(like WinRAR or 7-Zip do for
any Windows OS).
But on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 it seems to use console codepage
(the one you can get through chcp command)
Is there any official source to confirm it?
