WUBI Uniinstallation [duplicate]

I have never used Ubuntu or any other Linux software. In an attempt to
experiment the new software I installed Ubuntu using WUBI. It worked fine,
however I rarely used it. So as instructed, I uninstalled WUBI, but the
choice of Operating systems are still shown in the Windows Boot Manager?
Have I still got to do something more? Please guide me if there is any
more uninstallation processes left. I have Win 7 Ultimate, Specs are 6GB
RAM, 480 GB HDD divided into four equal partitions.
